Elegant Surya Namaskara

When we begin to learn Surya Namaskar, we huff and puff and hope for the day to come when we gracefully float through the sequence. Over time,  as we discover new awarenesses within the body we also gain strength and flexibility and some ease of movement. Regular practice has its results. And eventually we are floating and flying.

What an elegant partners vinyasa flow by Phillip Askew & Lydia Walker – (Music by Jonah Rank). So lovely to watch these two practitioners move with one another. Both inhabit such intelligent bodies.
