CLASS SCHEDULE

At DYC, we have a wide variety of classes to give you a well rounded and balanced practice. Learn the alignments and lines of actions within the poses in our Fundamentals classes. Enjoy dynamic movement in Vinyasa Flow classes. For those new to yoga we recommend learning the foundations of the practice in Beginners Yoga. Incorporating a mix of styles and teachers will deepen your practice as well as give you a greater understanding of  yourself.
